1. Mobile Blasting Tower System

The Mobile Blasting Tower System is a high-performance solution designed for large-scale surface preparation operations. The system consists of modular steel structural components that can be connected to each other and quickly assembled on-site depending on the conditions of the installation area.

The system includes:

  • Vacuum silo
  • Storage silo
  • Separator unit
  • Vacuum machine

These components are connected using a specially engineered locking mechanism, creating a solid and secure structure. The modular design also enables easy disassembly and transport to another work site, providing significant flexibility and mobility, especially for large-volume blasting operations.

The special separator system developed by NOX allows steel grit abrasive to be reused multiple times thanks to its high separation efficiency. This dramatically reduces abrasive consumption and significantly increases operational efficiency.

2. Blasting Container

An effective and flexible solution for high-quality surface treatment

Blasting containers are an ideal solution for businesses of any size that require a mobile, ready-to-use setup for surface preparation and blasting operations. Depending on customer needs, the systems can be manufactured in various sizes — from standard 20-ft containers to large-capacity jumbo models.

The containers can be fully customized according to the customer’s specific requirements and technical specifications, and are delivered fully equipped and operational. All necessary components for a safe and efficient blasting process are integrated, including:

  • Mobile blasting machine
  • Breathing air filter
  • Integrated air filtration system that cleans dusty ambient air and removes harmful particles

All blasting containers are equipped with high-quality, flame-retardant rubber linings that can be easily replaced when needed. To ensure maximum visibility, all lighting units are LED-based and covered with a special protective film. When visibility decreases, the operator can simply remove the film to reveal a clean surface underneath — allowing work to continue within seconds without interruption.

The patented abrasive recovery system used in NOX blasting containers minimizes cleaning and maintenance requirements. The spent abrasive falling to the ground is automatically transferred into the recovery system, where it is separated from dust and residues and then returned for reuse. This provides significant material savings and greatly increases work efficiency.

Optionally, the system can be equipped with a floor-level conveyor system that covers either the entire floor area or only the central section.
